This works perfectly. Cost is so much cheaper. Even if you have to buy another one 6 months later, it will still be cheaper than the brand name.

It arrived on time (ordered it for my company on a Friday and received it on Monday), and it has been working great with our Hasler IM280. AND it is so much cheaper on here than buying it directly from Neopost!In another review someone was expressing difficulty with the printer recognizing the cartridge and was saying they had to take it out every time it started up again... Luckily I have not had this issue. I am thinking their problem is from how they installed it.To install it properly in a Hasler IM280, you must first turn on your machine and open the front cover. Go to the control panel, press "Menu" and use arrows to select "Ink Cartridge", press okay. Then select "Cartridge Replacement". The cartridge inside should move on its own to a replacement position. Open the ink cartridge slot, take out old ink cartridge. On the new cartridge make sure to take off the plastic protective strip then insert it and lock it into place by closing the blue lever. Then close the front cover panel back into place until you hear it click (push on the upper left side). And that is how you do it...All of this info is from the IM280 manual.

working just as well, if not better, than neopost's. further, the cost is much lower.

I ordered 3 of these. One worked fine. The 2nd one worked for a little while and then it started to need to be reset because not recognized. Shortly thereafter it said empty but obviously is not empty. The 3rd one started needed reset shortly after I started using. Now it will not recognize it at all. I will not order from this vendor again.

There’s a red orange tab you remove and then you simply remove the old cartridge and put this one in its place. It’s very easy to do plus instructions are provided.

I find this to work equally well as the name brand. I would buy it again, assuming I keep the machine (something I am questioning right now).

This product works great. Fits perfectly in my machine. No mess and ink stays on the envelopes, no smudges. Why pay more, when you can get this and have it work just as good as the original.

The model of our mailing machine is the same as listed and the item fits in the slot, but it does not work. Beware of a small note on the item description that says "US only". This item may work in the US but no in Canada.
