Firstly I’d like to say how accurate the description of these ear buds are. The sound is awesome, as good as my Beats over head headphones and what I really like a lot is the controls are easy to master. Above all it’s just a matter to simply touch either ear bud for the desired action, not press and click but ‘feathertouch’.However I had a problem with the power bank not charging, it charged my ear buds okay but it would not recharge the power bank! So I contacted the seller via Amazon chat they responded within 15 minutes and they agreed the power bank was faulty and that they would send a new set by post within 3-5 days.However… They arrived by ‘Amazon Courier’ within 24hours! How good is that?I can only say that the product received are perfection, the customer service is outstanding in every way and the fact is the company went above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction in my purchase.The ear buds are a comfortable fit, they stay in place securely, they are extremely well made and so far have exceeded my expectations. The first day I used them continuously for 5.5 hours with no discomfort or problems, answering calls was excellent and when I asked the caller how was the reception I was told it was good and clear. I’ve no doubt that even with the 2 year warranty I’ll have no need to use it and I’m looking forward to many years of use.These earbuds will make ideal birthday or Christmas gifts and I’m sure I’ll be doing that for the younger members of my family, I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company, it’s product and definitely it’s world leading customer service. And especially I’d like to thank the seller Lekaby who handled my little problem with politeness and supreme efficiency.

I bought this item almost a year ago, and still using it frequently by now. It is light weight, fit perfectly into my ears and the sound is considered perfect as I use it while watching movies. The noise cancellation is brilliant, battery also excillent as I only need to charge it on weekly basis. It is totally worth to buy.

For the money, and I paid 19 quid these are bloody amazing really. Listening on them now....Intended for use at work mainly where I have been using similar (were also brilliant off Amazon but worn out through use) as not just a source for music/radio but as earplugs when off. I'm a welding/maintenance engineer and thus they keep noise from grinding etc and hot rocks and spatter tumbling in my ear. Sure we've got them E.A.R plugs you squish up but with dirty pinkies after one extraction you are asking for ear infection and they end up binned. At least you can wash the buds on these type of things.I'm really impressed with them sound wise. Like most I want the bass end to be heavy and punchy and the mid and top end to sparkle. AND THEY DO! Also they can be very loud if you require. I like this rather than maxing the volume on phone/Spotify and the set to get to head bobbing levels. I know a lot of folk find this important due to, like me age etc and so it's a plus here.Sound wise again versus use....I have some Apple Airpods and of course you can hear a difference in overall quality, but not in hundreds of quid better....But I'm not using them at work for fear of losing them and they're white ffs. Also these are touch/tap operated and easy not some little nubbin somewhere. One tap left or right moves volume. Two taps pauses or plays. 3 wakes up siri or alexa etc. That Chinese lady with an American lilt tells you.Also the case can be used as a mini power bank for your phone, vape or whatever which is really handy.They do cancel noise out well as my wife just came in and I couldn't hear her talking. ;)

Always had wired headphones, decided to get these as wear glasses and wanted some in ear ones. These are great and found so comfortable I forget I'm wearing them. Easy to pair with devices, paired with Google pixel 6a and a Teclast tablet first try. Very pleased with these.

But what do you expect at a very affordable price point?Been using these for a couple of weeks now, so:The good stuff:-Easy set up.Comfortable - I found the standard size caps fit perfectly. And they are light.Auto connects when taken out of the charging case.Affordable.And great for listening to the radio, or for podcasts, audio books.Long battery life, both the buds and case.The ok stuff:-Touch controls a little confusing.There is a slight delay when using the touch controls. Give it a second or you end up with a different intended outcome.You can wear just one bud, the right one. But that means you can't turn the volume down, for example (single tap left bud). You would need your phone for that action.Connection distance from your phone isn't the best. A couple of meters and it starts to get intermittent.No app. No customised options. No ANC. At this price point, though, you wouldn't expect these functions.Fiddly to get out of the charging case.And, the rubbish stuff:-Don't buy these if you are looking for thumping loud buds for music.AND don't buy them if you are intending to use them a lot for voice calls. You might as well use a tin can and a string. Hearing a caller is not a problem, they just can't hear you well at all.Conclusion:-As, always, you pay for what you get.In the home, or generally out and about, these are fine for general listening, as mentioned above - they work and, I think, at a very reasonable price point. But call quality is poor, as is the sound if looking for something you can crank up to the max.

Some say the sound is poor I say get your ears checked. Nonsense. For the price and what the product offers extremely satisfied with my purchase, I bought three - the day after they reduced by another £5, the other two I gave away are more than happy too. Only downside - White would be nice but I'm not that petty to knock stars off for that.
