Computer shipped ahead of schedule arrived 2 days ahead of schedule. Real happy with laptop I really don't use it for any gaming, mostly just browsing and limited paperwork.

Buyer beware
Overall I'm happy with the laptop but it didn't come with a stylus pen as shown in the ad and the sound doesn't work, but for a refurbished laptop, it serves its purpose.

Almost perfect
I love this laptop. There are no lags or hang ups with the processor. The only feature I’m missing is the backlit keyboard. In the reviews I read you have to use the function keys to tune on, but that is not true. This laptop doe NOT have the backlot keyboard feature. That was one of my requirements when purchasing, but I needed it for school and couldn’t return. Othe than that, I absolutely love it!

Functional but slow and noisy.
Update: changing from 2 stars to 1. This laptop is extremely slow. I'll never buy a laptop online again. No one should buy this.I can only give this laptop 2 stars, and I had high hopes for it. I hadn't tried Windows 11 as of yet..... so I'm not sure if it's due to Windows 11 or not, but the operating system runs slow compared to my old HP with Windows 10. It boots slow... runs slow... and always sounds as if the fan is running. I'd suggest passing on buying this laptop and getting another one.

New 17" Touchscreen HP Laptop
Still getting used to the content of the laptop. My old laptop transferred everything seemlessly. Still learning all the applications of the new one but I love the touchscreen.
