Just pulled it out the package. I'm giving it three stars due to the stitching on it, and because of this, it may not last long. Would not recommend if planning on using for a while.

I was using a wired waist trainer but my back started hurting. So I found this elastic band style waist trainer and it’s so much better. I was able to wear longer. And it moved with me. I even worked out in it.
