We love buttons
I don't like to use any of my collection of buttions but I made the bracelets for my grandchildren and they were fun and easy.

button jewelry
I was somewhat dissapointed I thought it would have more intricated designs but will keep this for future reference. It is a good beginner book but I would like more advance designs.

Button Jewelry
I am just beginning to make button jewelry, and this book helped immensely. Easy to follow instructions. I have already begun several different projects based on this book.

Button Jewelry (Twenty to Make)
I was disappointed with this book. This is fine for real beginners, but many of the projects were very similar.

A beautiful inexpensive book
I have a few books about making button jewellery, but this is my favourite. It is full of modern, attractive and simple projects. There are a few things I really like about this book:1) The jewellery in this book is genuinely gorgeous in it's own right. I have seen button jewellery which just screams "upcycled buttons"! When I looked at the pictures in this book I just thought that the pieces were stylish and wearable.2) Most of the buttons in this book are easy to get hold of. I have one button jewellery book that is full of pieces made using unusual antique buttons and it's very annoying. There are a few decorative buttons used, but most of the jewellery is made from the sort of buttons you can get in any craft or haberdashery shop.3) The price! The books in this series are all reasonably priced, but they are great quality and the photography is lovely. There are 20 projects in this book and I would certainly recommend it to anyone who fancies making some button jewellery.

Not at all like I expected
I had bought this with my daughter in mind. The idea for her to make something useful out of the huge button collection we have amassed and at the same time be able to raise some money for charity. I was dissappointed as it was way too complex and needed so much more skill than a 12 year old would be able to deal with. I found the instructions confusing myself and I'm used to reading complicated patterns so was surprised. If I couldn't do it then there is no way my 12 year old would be able to, and I was right, she gave up after about 15 attempts, now the book is in the charity shop!

A Useful Book
A very handy well illustrated instruction book on making button jewellery. The items needed are readily available in craft shops which I find very useful as lots of books like this one do not say where anything can be purchased. I find this very annoying, it is so useful to have a list in the back letting everyone know where to obtain the necessary items. The instructions are clear and the results are stunning which makes this type of jewellery accessible to everyone, even total beginners.

Interesting book
Here again another good little example of the 20 to make. I love this series and have quite a few now. They never seem to dissapoint! There are a few things I would like to have a go at when I get the buttons sorted. Overall a very good book for the money. Lovely pictures and clear instructions.
