IKTCH customer service name is “April” was great and helpful. This looks amazing, elegant. However, the motion censor was defected not working. Had to contact IKTCH customer service after purchase. There is no phone number, had to do it through email. Customer service lady name April was quick and responsive. I gave her the wrong model number but she was smart to double check with me for the right model and sent me a new motion censor panel quickly. It was easy to install the replacement, and everything works well and looks nice.

The hood vent is beautiful and is just what I had in mind for our kitchen renovation. I am impressed with how quiet the lower fan speeds are. I used a contractor for installation and he said it was not difficult. I had to contact the manufacturer for 1 issue, and I have to say the after sales- service quickly resolved everything. I am impressed.

For the money it is a good product. I took one star off for minor damage in shipping and it being a bit on the loud side at higher speeds. My last hood had a fan made of plastic that melted. This one is steel.

First, the price is too high.And I had a professional install it for me. And that cost a lot too .2nd, the suction power is the same as the other vents. No difference in my experience.3rd, it looks very nice. That’s a plus.But it is very noisy. And It shakes when it is in 2,3,&4th setting.An who is going to keep uninstalling it to fix it or to return it?I give it 3 stars and say it’s over rated and over priced.

This replaces a 400 cfm fan that was installed when our house was built. A 400 cfm max fan was required by code without some sort of permanent air replacement built into the house design. 400 cfm won't suck a finch fart out of a bird box. This fan very effective, clears smoke even when pan searing a steak over high heat. I did find that accessing two of the four mounting screw holes was a little difficult, but the install went well overall.

I love the look of this hood and it really compliments my new kitchen; however, it arrived with scratches and dents on the chimney. Also, it is only made for a 9 ft ceiling and I have a 10' ft ceiling, (no chimney extention is available) so we had to trim out the top, which looks nice, and I did already know that before I ordered so I'm not rating it 3 stars for that reason. Now for the downside. It gets 3 stars because it comes on whenever it feels like it, almost every day, sometimes multiple times per day. No one will even be in the kitchen or even at home and it will come on, usually on high speed and sometimes the lights will be on too. It's very annoying. We came home from a 10-day vacation and it was running full speed, so who knows how long it was on. We contacted the company and they suggested putting a piece of electrical tape over the sensor, which is not at all 'pretty' even though it's a small piece of tape. It did not resolve the problem because something or someone tripping the sensor is not what's causing it to turn on by itself. It is extremely LOUD too but does have good suction and the lights are pretty bright. Hopefully, the company will find a solution. We are beyond the return window due to construction delays and vacation.

I do not write reviews usually. I made an exception only for the exceptional customer support I received. Our rangehood had a missing cover. I wrote email to customer support and received a new range hood from them in 3 days. So far range hood is working good. Will give product review after some time.After using this product for a month, I can say that it is works very well. I cannot smell food inside the house not even upstairs. It is powerful.
