I have been a fan of the 'Better You' brand for a good few years now as absolutely love the easy way they are to take. It is a simple spray inside the mouth (usually onto the cheek membrane) and let it absorb. This apparently helps it to get into your bloodstream quicker.For this particular oral spray, you need 5 pumps. The taste is an orange and peach flavour, which is actually quite pleasant.I got this for my 14yr old as I worry his diet means he may be lacking certain vitamins. He also hates swallowing tablets so this Immune health spray is a brilliant solution. He takes it every day without reluctance, so I'm a happy mum.The vitamins in this bottle are:Vitamin AVitamin DVitamin CZincSeleniumAll of which are needed to maintain a healthy immune system. I think this is a great way to get your daily dose of vitamins and I would highly recommend it to anyone who struggles to swallow pills or just wants a fuss-free way to get their vits.

I'm a recent convert to oral vitamin sprays. This is a multivitamin version from BetterYou, especially good if you have trouble swallowing tablets or soft gel capsules. You get a combination of vitamins A, C and D with minerals Selenium and Zinc in a pleasant orange and peach flavour.Unlike others I have used for a vitamin D top up where you only need one or two sprays in your mouth (on the inner cheek), with this you have to spray five times a day. These can be taken at intervals or at the same time. I take Vitamin D (3,000 IU) and Zinc during the winter months to boost my immune system as I don't spend as much time in the sun. Worked really well recently as I had to fight off a chest infection.This pack will last about a month and is a good size to slip in a bag or pocket. Suitable for vegetarians but there is no mention of vegan's in the instructions as far as I can see. Contains sweetners (steviol glycosides) which I know doesn't suit everyone.I will certainly use this oral spray and would be happy to recommend it.
