Although sold with an alleged 5 year warranty, the company will not assist in any way with warranty registration after purchase. The website warranty registration page does not work. I contacted customer assistance via chat, and they told me someone would contact me via email. No one from the company has contacted me. Now the chat is disabled on the product website. This makes the company look very sketchy at best. I would strongly consider purchasing a red light therapy product from a company that is willing to back up its product and honor its warranty offer.

Well, I’ve been using it for about 6 months. I used it religiously on my face every day for the recommended initial period of time, then 2 or 3 times a week. Can’t say that I or my boyfriend have noticed much difference. Granted, I am 66 and have well established lines and wrinkles on my face. I am fair skinned. I’m hoping that maybe it will help prevent them from getting worse, so I will continue to use it. I have used other infrared devices for other purposes and have had succes with tendinitis, etc, so I know IR is useful.

I bought this a couple of years ago. I use it when I am watching tv. I apply it and hold it on a spot on my face for the full three minutes in each section of my face. If I do this 4 or 5 times a week, it does work. It is subtle, but definite. You aren't going to get the results you would get if you got a face lift and injections, but it does work and is worth the money to me. You have to USE it for it to work! I love that it has a timer on it. I use it on my face and neck. It does take time but if you are watching tv anyway, that is a good time to use it.

I've been using it for a week and I already see results! You can feel them actually. My skin feels tighter and I do see a difference in skin texture. I will update my review after the full 8 week treatment.

I bought this to replace my Light Stim. I do believe in red light therapy for wrinkles, and have been using it for about 5 years. I'm in my mid 50's, and most people mistake me for 5 to 8 years younger. It does seem to help with increased collagen production, and decreasing even deep wrinkles. They won't disappear, but they will look better. I also use it on my hands, and see a noticeable difference in skin clarity and firmness. I would recommend, however, it is a bit pricey, and does take time to fit this in to your routine. They recommend 5 days a week, and it takes about 30 minutes or so depending on the areas you are treating. This does have a 3 minute timer built in, which is nice. The Light Stim did not. Recommend if you have the time to fit in to your routine.

Easy to use, timer handy, no functional problems. But it does not live up to anything I read about red light for wrinkles or to any of it's claims. I used as directed but have seen zero results.
