I use this together with an acupressure mat for yoga relaxation.The size and weight are perfect and the colour (sea green) is gorgeous.The pillow I received is unscented and the scent of the linseed filling is very faint. I'll probably use a lavender spray to add to the relaxing effect. The cover is removable for washing and overall the pillow is very well made. The size and fill are just right.Brilliant product, great value, perfect eye pillow for relaxation.

Got a black eye pillow and use it mainly for mediation and relaxing. It's great to instantly block out the light and give the eyes a rest. Great quality and comfortable soft material.

It’s nice and feels like good quality but I expected it to smell stronger than it does.

My sister asked for one of these for Christmas and I had never heard of them but liked the sound of what they did so ordered myself one too. So happy I did because they are exactly the right weight to stop the eye flicker you get when first resting and they instantly feel soothed and at peace under the cool, smooth fabric. Really happy I bought it and have since bought my 11yr old son one who loves it and one for my yoga teacher as a little thank you gift for Christmas.

Great eye pillow with lovely lavender scent, nice fabric and beautiful colour. Good price too.

Yoga Matters need to add slightly more filling as it seems to have decreaesd over the years.
