Sharp and hard wearing. I may not of been aware that these are not big enough to cut anything over 16mm comfortably! I’ve got them now to fill up my tool box and pass them on to the apprentice as soon as they own a tool box ;)

Can’t fault these cutters. Lovely feel, great for cutting with minimum effort. Also easy to strip cable ends for terminating.

Nice set of croppers, but not quite the be - all and end - all made out by some online reviews and YouTube videos.Yes they are excellent quality, yes they are compact, yes they cut up to 50 mm squared multi strand with relative ease. They cut SY cables like butter, but they are perhaps a touch overkill for regular flex or any multi strand below 25mm squared cross section. I’d say these are best suited to 25mm - 50mm multi strand and SY cables as cutters, they are a little awkward to use as strippers in my experience due to their step cut design it makes ringing insulation to be stripped a bit inefficient.I personally think the 95 12 200 is a better all round tool as it covers a slightly higher capacity up to 70mm squared and is much easier to use regarding also being able to ring and strip the ends off the cables you are cutting.Most reviews for these are by domestic sparks or DIYers who don’t work with as a big range of cables as say an industrial electrician carrying out machine wiring/installation, or a panel wireman doing builds and industrial installs. Cutters like these and the 95 12 200 suit sparks in the later categories (such as myself) more than domestics or DIYers in my opinion where these cutters would mostly be overkill.Overall these are a nice quality tool that are good to have, their cutting power to size ratio is impressive, but smaller hands need to stretch a bit to use these. They fit into a tool bag very easily - but overall I think the 95 12 200 is the best all round tool if you also want to strip efficiently as well as cut and they cover a larger range of sizes. If you love your tools, and work electrically in industry just get both sets you won’t go wrong.

Top quality cutters, very sharp and cuts through 25 mm with ease. Definitely recommend not just for the price but the quality too.

These are good for stripping 16/25mm tails but takes some effort to cut through the cable. Being winter, naturally the cable is harder to cut but have other sets that cut a lot easier than these.

.... Ist teuer aber jeden Cent wert.Habe lange meine Kabel dem Seitenschneider gekappt, aber mit dem richtigen Werkzeug ist das sehr viel einfacher, schneller und präziser.
