SO FAR .. SO GOOD
Easy installation and item quality looks decent. It's only been installed for 1 1/2 weeks so any wear , fading, or any other issues, whatever they could be, have NOT occurred. Don't lose any of the small, provided attaching screws, NO extras are provided !! Worth $30+ bucks ?? Time will tell.

Damaged
I’m very sad. This took a while to ship and when it arrived it was damaged. It was packaged well but the item had a manufacture defect. I’m disappointed that I waited so long and it’s unusable.

Brass kick plate
It's not as heavy (thick) as the one it replaced, but the price was good and it looks just as great as the previous one obviously had 20 years ago.

Traditional elegance
This piece just added an elegance to our freshly painted door it’s something I always wanted and it was exactly what was needed to bring traditional elegance. It was easy to install as well it just took a few minutes.
