Hot Shot Ultra Clear Roach & Ant Gel Bait HG-95769

I bought this because I noticed a couple roaches in my house… I put the gel along the baseboards and corners and it was like the roaches disappeared almost immediately!

I did not have a big infestation (I found one roach in the kitchen), but I did find another dead one the day after. So I am assuming the gel bait did its job. The consistency is like watery hair gel, so when you apply it, a lot of product comes out at once, vs the small quantity you can usually control with other products. Once it dries up it becomes rock hard and it's not so easy to scrape off, and this is the only reason why I give it 4 stars. The "brown" gels can usually be wiped off quite easily, but not this one. It's transparent so it's not as visible as other gel baits, but I would still like to remove it at some point, and I'll have to figure out how to do that.

+Worked really well really fast! Within 24 hours most of the ants were gone!-Some of the dried residue was a bit tough to scrub off some surfaces.Overall a descent product that works well for a great price.

I put this down about 10 years ago in my summer home and I just now had to replace the gel where my backsplash butts up to the wall.
