Q: So, these obviously just lift the rear end. What about the front? Best solution?

You just crank your torsion bar bolts to get up to 2” of lift in the front. Make sure you get an alignment afterwards.

Q: Would you need strut spacers of some sort? just bought a used 2003 sport trac cheap for work but struts/shackles are rotted changing um ^^....

Strut spacers....don't know, I didn't.I changed leafs to stock new, put rancho 5000s and the two shackles.Just yesterday upped tires to 265/65/16s.... looks and rides awesome.Good luck.
