Q: Can it be used for baby foot prints will it work with light pressure

No it only works with a sharp pencil and gives a fine, indelible line. I have done baby foot and hand prints with watercolour paint smeared on and then pressed onto heavy grade (270 gsm and above) artist's paper.

Q: Can you rub out mistakes if transferred onto a canvas

Not easily, the lines a very hard to rub out from paper and I imagine canvas would be the same - probably have to cover with sealant.

Q: Does this trace on to skin?

It is not tattoo tracing paper so it's not optimal for Skin tracing.
