But your product/service absolutely deserves me taking the time to write and effort to write one. 1st I want to acknowledge the care and effort you put into my purchase. I’ve spent over $100k on Amazon and this is the first time a seller has taken the time to hand write a message on my receipt. And the tiny fact that you hand wrote my name, that is not at all tiny to me as a customer. This is the type of customer care that Fortune 500 companies were built on. 2nd you wrote that you hope the hats fit well. You actually care if the product is the right product for me and not just about you getting paid wether I like it or not. That’s rare these days. 3rd and now this is the cherry on top! I own well over 200 hats. Every style and fit they make. I have literally spent $500 in the last 3 months trying to find the hat with the perfect fit for my brand apparel line and for my personal use. I just spent $300 on New Era A-Frames the 9-Forty series and these were the closest to fitting right, but they still were way too deep. YOUR HATS ARE LITERALLY THE PERFECT FREAKING FIT!!!! I am not joking.. I started jumping up and down, yelling, and clapping like I had just hit a home run. My dog got scared.. I was so pumped up! FINALLY the perfect fitting hat, in all different color options. BLANK so I can customize with my own logo!!! But wait… for… LESS THAN ONE FREAKING THIRD THE PRICE OF NEW ERA’s 9-FORTY which doesn’t fit right and CANT EVEN BE CUSTOMIZED!! Guy, seriously thank you so much.
