This is our 2nd H2O flosser brand. This is obviously a nice upgrade from the previous one although this is smaller in water capacity. I like that it has now a push button to take the water tank off which makes it so much easier. Plus the battery life is longer. I just took 1 star off because sometimes it looses suction power like no water is coming out and all I could hear is a humming sound.Update*I contacted customer service from H2O Floss website through Amazon regarding the issue of no water coming out sometimes after owning it for a little over 2 months. They helped me by suggesting a quick fix at first but when it still did not work, they sent me a new complete set in a day or two. I’m so glad that they also sent me the one that has a larger water capacity tank which is exactly the same size as the first H2O flosser older model that I got last year for my wife. By the way, I was also informed that the new replacement also comes with 1 year warranty. I hope I don’t have to use that anymore. So far the replacement works great and no issues with it. I’m putting back a star to my review then.

unit works as described but failed after 5 months. Contacted customer service and promptly received a replacement. Very happy with the communication process.

Water pick to clean teeth, it has nice pressure, but empties out to fast!easy to use , seems like it’s made well!

Had it for a year and then it stopped charging randomly. Plugged it in to charge and just flashes red when I try to use it.

Reveiwing a warranty replacement. After 5 months the unit stopped. Contacted company and as sent immediate replacement. Told to toss old unit but I opened it up first to see why it stopped. I was amazed at the qulity and thought put into this unit. Many o-rings to help with water proofing. An electronic circuit board for speed control. Plastic or nylon type parts for durability. I found that the piston for the pump had come out of allignment and just pushing it back in made the "old" unit work again. Sort of unfortunate that in order to access the screws to open the unit you need to pry off (break) the trim pieces. Will buy again when this unit dies sometime after the warranty. Reccomend the quality.

This is the right size, does a super job of deep cleaning and is so convenient, both in the small space it takes up on the counter and for travel. Best of its kind.
