Fantastic book! Really easy to read and understand. As someone who has previously gone through the house buying process, I realise there was a lot I didn't understand and Tom's book has now given me more clarity on those areas/topics. I can't recommend the book enough.

I have searched for a book like this for a while, I am only young and it’s a scary thought buying your first house. This book helped to take away those fears , well done a book that does what it says in the name! 5*

Fantastic read which explains the entire house buying process in an easy to understand format and giving all the detail you would need. It’s a minefield out there but this book helps guide you each step of the way. 100% would recommend this book to anyone looking to buy an property.
