Initially, we have received this product with some oil like thing spilled over it and we didn't even open it!!We got the replacement. It looked ok without any spillage. But when we saw the bottom/base cloth, it was so thin. The net looked like an used one!! Spoke to Amazon for returning this product, but they said it's not returnable?!! We are thankful to Amazon that they investigated this issue and refunded the amount!!Now we have just opened it yesterday to check if it actually fits my hight! To our surprice, we were astonished to see MULTIPLE TEARS IN THE NET itself!!!!Thank God that we got the refund! Thank you so much Amazon....Keep up the good work. Request you to please have a proper quality check on such items!!
