i got this over the other ones because of the material they use and the way it looks. It is made out of thick metal and does not move or wiggle as much as other pull up bars i have used. It is very thick metal tubes that are easy to install and click together. By itself, it weighs 10 pounds which is very surprising in a good way. It works very well on my door frame and I am happy. The build quality explains the 60$ tag but i got it for 52$ which i think it is worth it. It is engineered well with padding for the side of the doors and comes with extra grips to attach to the handles. Comes in 3 piece set so it is really easy to assemble. The black color makes it look very premium and it also comes with loop for you to attach cables that allow for stretching or even chest flies. It is very worth it and the only caveat i would say would be the inability to do custom grip. i am not that strong so the wide grip is very hard as i like to do it SLIGHTLY more narrow but it is fine. There is a support bar in the way and I cant complain as it forces me to do wider grip pull ups!

Love this! It is easy to set up and requires very little effort with zero tools.It is extremely sturdy too!

I have tried these in the past and they work fine. This one however is a game changer. It allows for many different arm positions to hit different muscle groups and is designed so there is room between your hands and the door frame. Really well thought out design. it's sturdy and has pads that do a decent job at protecting the door frame. It also has a loop at the top to add resistance bands to. I have not tried ot use that and cannot speak to it but it's a nice touch. I would buy this brand again.

Because of the design of the bar, you have to choose between a fairly close grip, like you might enjoy for under-hand chin-ups, or a super wide grip for the over-hand pull-ups. Where what would probably be the more commonly desired medium-width overhand grip, instead you get protruding grips to hold in a hammer-fist position. This is still useful, but doesn't work the same muscles the same way. You can still grab the bare bar above this protruding grips for a regular overhand pull-up, but the protruding bars are going to be pressing against your forearms the whole time, potentially uncomfortably depending on your shape and weight.The good thing is, this thing requires virtually no installation, so you could swap it out on the fly with something less 'featured' pretty easily, and maybe enjoy the best of both worlds.But to be clear, while this provides for at least three different great pull-up/ chin-up exercises, it doesn't really accommodate the most basic kind, where you'd raise your arms up just slightly wider than shoulder width, and grab the bar there to pull up. You end up forced into a much wider grip. Especially if you don't have super wide shoulders, this might not be what you're looking for.

Only good things to say about this. Very strong but at the same time lite. No need to leave installed permanently because it takes just seconds to put up and take down. Very easy to assemble. The straps are included. Great.

This was a pain to assemble and I wish it came with better instructions, but that’s the worst I can say about it.It is strong. I had someone over 200 pounds try it and no issue. I will point out, it’s padded enough that even under that much weight it left no marks on the wall.I’ve used it for Australian rows, which granted it should be able to do given it comes with the handles for it, and it was perfectly stable for that.I like that you can do so many things with it with such a great variety of grips, all padded. It offers a lot of functionality and variety in such a small tool.For both push ups and pull ups it offers great stability.This is one of the more expensive models, but given the quality and options, I’d call it a great value.

Very sturdy and comfortable

Holds my weight ( 145 also 5'4) but I really like it because it was super easy to install didn't require any tools for install and I also ordered a pully system to go with it and it holds all the extra weight!!! Really happy with my purchase.
