Does the job it's made for, but the nuts on the folding side bars should be checked prior to use. One dropped off and I ended up replacing the bolts and nuts for longer and better fittings.

Unfortunately the item was not fit for purpose (I suppose a one off) but the company have gone above and beyond with their customer service in that a speedy resolution has been given and we now have a perfect item with no stress! Thank you so much for your attentiveness and support!

The frame could be stronger

As I am disabled I needed assistance to assemble the walker and when complete it has two major faults. Firstly, the brake works fine on the right hand side but try as I might, although the brake works on the left hand side it will not lock. Secondly, it is tricky to fold without trapping your fingers, my previous walker had a little loop inside the seat which was pulled upwards to fold the walker for storage. This model has no such loop and the only way I can get it to fold is by yanking the frame at the side of the seat upwards. Beware of trapping your fingers when doing this. I wouldn't recommend this walker, better to spend a little more and buy one that's easier to use

It is nice and sturdy and given my 88 year old father some freedom . He likes the seat as he can rest and feels safer.

The media could not be loaded.  Mum has not been able to walk unaided for a little while now and today we received this and to say we were pleased with it is an understatement she was confident enough to go by herself straight away . Was very stable and light enough for her to manoeuvre
