I ordered this for plane travel and it was an excellent choice. It's roomy and seems well made for the price. Very happy!

Have only used this back pack for one trip/two flights and the stitching in this side seam is coming undone. I reached out to the seller and the offer was a $10 refund. Sorry, but this is defective and not made to last. If this is not the norm for their product I expect a replacement backpack and I will return this one to them, for them to fix instead of me, if they provide the shipping costs. I got no response from the seller on this.

Love this backpack!! Exceeded my expectations. First the color is good, not too bright but true red. I am a visual person so wondered about the size but it is big and roomy. Love the lock and all the pockets. Would definitely get another one if needed.

I got this for my son (4th grade) bc he said his old book bag is too small. This bag will hold so much, I can't believe how big it is!My only complaint is that there are no instructions on how to set the lock on one of the zippers. I'm afraid to play around with it to try and figure it out bc I don't want to accidentally lock it and then it's stuck.But my son absolutely loves it! Hopefully it'll last until middle school.
