THY COLLECTIBLES Traditional Chinese Mahjong Game Set 144 + 2 Spares Pink Color Tiles

The tiles are so beautiful and fun to play with, however the case they came in was a very cheap cardboard and it cannot support the weight of the tiles. The case arrived falling apart so I'm keeping the tiles in a shoebox. They're very heavy, not ideal for travel.

Came well protected in multiple layers of bubble wrap plus additional air bags in the box. Sturdy case with good snap enclosures that I'm hoping will last. Definitely a little heavy and unwieldy to carry since it's almost square and no handle on the case. Not likely to travel with this set because of the size and weight, but the larger tiles do feel nice and solid in hand. The designs are painted well and easy to read for those less familiar with Chinese characters. For reference, I've added a picture of a tile with a gift card (same size as average American credit card). Haven't played yet, so we'll see how well they withstand being shuffled each round. The pink isn't as bright as I was expecting but still stands out amongst more traditional green colored tiles. Overall, happy with the purchase given what I paid and will update after play if any issues.

I had trouble with getting it at first. Someone stole it the first time it arrived so I had to place a police report. The company sent me a new one once I showed them the report. It's got some weight to it, I suggest using a bag if you're traveling with it. I didn't realize that the symbols on the tiles are not numbered do I had to look up what the tiles meant. I love the color and the details are beautiful. I honestly wish it came with instructions though. Overall, I think it's pretty great.

It's really nice and fit perfect with a table that I also bought from Amazon.

I purchased this for myself so I'd have both a Riichi Mahjong and a Chinese Traditional set of tiles. The tiles are nice and well carved, and I didn't find any imperfections in my set. They hold up super well and don't scratch easily so I expect these to last for several years, and the weight makes them feel as sturdy as they look. For the price and quality carving and weight, it doesn't get much better than this. My one critique would be that the carrying case is rather mediocre and flimsy, but the tiles are the important part here.

Everything's great except it only comes with two dices instead of three.

Really nice set! Absolutely beautiful, nice size and weight, looked like an expensive set! Came in a nice storage box too.

The storage box arrived broken. The tiles did not have the numbers on them do unless you know Chinese characters it would be difficult to play the game.
