Did the job
I used these to fix a dodgy kitchen cupboard door. Pre-drilled the existing "loose" woodscrew hole and then fitted one of these. I used m4 countersunk hex screws to then secure a sturdy fit

Might as well use plasticine
These *MAY* be OK to screw into chipboard (even then, I reckon you'll struggle), but don't even think about trying to screw them into wood. I pre-drilled the holes for them and then went to wind these in. For the first one I used a hex-head bit in a power driver to screw it in, but the head completely rounded off after half a second. OK, I thought. Power driver is a bit too powerful. Got an allen key and tried the next one by hand. Two turns and it rounded off again.Getting rather annoyed by this stage, so got a pair of grips to remove the two rounded off sockets. Gripped them to try and turn them to remove them from the wood, and they literally crumbled apart in the jaws of the grips. I know it says Zinc Alloy, but... Alloy with what?! Chalk!? I've now got bits of "metal" (I use that term lightly!) stuck in holes that I'm going to have to drill out... Although, I have no fear that it will be a difficult task! I could probably grind them out with a chopstick!Utter rubbish. I know they're cheap, but they're not going to do the job for anything, really, as the material they are made from is just not strong enough to hold it's shape under the ever so slight pressure of a steel allen key. My advice would be to look for some made from brass or iron. These aren't fit for purpose. Would be zero stars if it would let me...

Poor Quality, hex head warped and broke whilst screwing into place
They’re okay, but poor quality so most would break the first time you screw them in? even after pre-drilling the holes
