Q: Is 4x5 the area of the honey or is there adhesive around the edges?

Hello! ManukaTex 4x5 has a layer of Manuka honey on the entire gauze dressing. There is no adhesive backing so you will need a secondary covering and medical tape to secure.

Q: are there other ingredients besides the honey?

Hello! Our ManukaTex only has medical grade Manuka honey impregnated into acetate gauze.

Q: How long can you leave it on?

Hello, it depends on the severity of the wound. We recommend changing the dressing when saturated or until excessive drainage is resolved. The dressing may be left on 2 to 3 days until the wound is healed.
