When this movie got cheap cost-wise I went for it because of all the praise for the leading lady.It was surprisingly, emotionally effective.Kristen Stewart deserves all the praise she has received.

This takes place during Christmas time in 1991 at Sandringham Estate. This occurred during the period when Charles and Diana where estranged. A look at the intimate life of the Royals and how regimented their lives are! A weird custom is the weigh-in the royals do upon their arrival. The dressing down by Prince Charles in the Billard Room was pretty sad. Everything is planned and staged down to the food, dress and hunting. Princess Diana did not fit in much like Meagan didn't who wanted the honor but not regiment they must go through. Even the staff follow and maintain the traditions. Pretty sad and maybe why the royals in England should be abolished! Even though I am not a fan of Kristen Stewart I thought she did a great job of that tragic figure, Princess Diana.

This movie was only so-so because I don't feel it followed history real well!

This and Underwater are my favorite two featuring Kristen Stewart.

Received a good quality, brand new DVD in just a few days after ordering. The movie is just as I expected, Interesting from beginning to end, and it is all true and a part of Great Britain's history. I\We really enjoyed it. Luzmarina

As a big fan of the royals, I was anxious to see this movie. I’m also a big fan of theHarry Potter movies so a double treat for me. Unfortunately I couldn’t hear the movie! The volume was very low and it seemed like there was a lot of whispering on top of the low volume. I’m so disappointed 😔The movie too a long time to move along, I got tired of it way before the middle . I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend. Stewart spoke so fast that I couldn’t understand what she was saying half the time. I will watch it again with the volume way up an closed captioning turned on.

This movie gives a good study from Lady Di's point of view from a difficult part of her life. Kristen Stewart is fantastic. She deserved her Oscar nod and I wish she'd won.

I am a fan of Diana and feel she should have been treated better by "The Firm".This movie goes to an extreme to show how far Diana seems to go to irritate The Royal Family during the last Christmas prior to her separation from Charles.Kristen Stewart does a great job bringing Diana to life in this movie but I hope Diana was not really like as she was portrayed in the film.I found this film hard to watch and appreciate.

La actuación de Kristen Stewart como la princesa Diana es magnífica. Ella realmente se pierde en el papel. La historia se desarrolla a principios de los 90s y es una imaginación de lo que pudo pasar en los días de navidad. 100% recomendada, la nominación de Kristen al Oscar está muy bien merecida.

Muy buena película, pero el timing de los subtítulos pudo ser mejor.Solo cuenta con audio y subtítulos en inglés.Llegó sin slipcover, por lo que no puedo ponerle más calificación.
