Design flaw, wind enters through sleeves. No elastic cuffs. Not a windbreaker.
There is a major flaw in the design of this windbreaker jacket. There is absolutely no elastic seal at the end of the sleeves. This means as you ride, wind will creek up your arms and make its way towards your back. This morning I rode 15 miles in 46 degree temperature and it was not even that windy, however with just the air coming in from riding, my arms where cold as the air came in. A second flaw is that this jacket does not have any rear wick venting. So your back will start sweating. Whats worse, the air entering the sleeves makes its way to your back and you will feel miserable as the wind combines with the moisture of your back which will be a cold wet feel. The only good this about this jacket is that it does a great job in your front chest area and the jacket itself with the black and red trim color looks eye very nice. Out of the package, the first thing you’ll notice is how loud the material is as it frictions in movement, but once riding, that sound is not an issue. So either you want to place rubber bands on the ends of the sleeves, this jacket with great potential, fails to offer what its marketed to be as a windbreaker due to that design flaw. I hate to return it, it is a nice looking jacket, but defeats the purpose of why I bought it.

Actual Dimension with Image for Santic Bike Winter Jacket Windproof Fleece Thermal....
This is the SIZE SMALL forhttps://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M8LA2SU/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s01?ie=UTF8&th=1&psc=11. Dimensions (all have images attached to this review)- Chest: 41"- Waist: 35"- Butt: 38"- Arm (Width): 13"- Arm (Length): 25"2. Remarks:Windbreak material on arms, all front, and shoulder/latissimus dorsi area down. These windbreak material does not have any layer underneath, so if worn on skin, you will feel the windbreak textile on skin. These have some stretch to it, but only has about 1/4" to max 1/2" 'stretch' to them; if your arms are wider than described above, may be uncomfortable at elbows.Fleece polyester material around armpit, going all the way down the side/ribs for ventilation. Spine area, and posterior trapezius area on top are also same material. Seems like great ventilation since these areas will be moist.Arm length is good for when hanging. If in 'bike-riding-position" (on hoods or drops) the sleeves do come up a tad bit, but this isn't a jacket you should be wearing in 0F weather anyways so not bad.Note that the rear pockets are also made of the windbreak material, thus it does not stretch much. pocket opening is 4" (4.5" max when stretched) on the two sides and 4.5" (5" max) on the middle rear pocket (thus will only fit a bottle with a circumference of approx 8-9" (diameter of roughly <3") Do not expect this to be like any typical cycling jersey where the fabric stretches almost 2x more and is capable of fitting Nalgene bottles, for example)As the last image shows, the chest pocket is about 1" too small to hold a Galaxy Note 9; the pocket is too short (both height and depth) to clear the zipper; and because it is a non-stretch material, there is no way it will fit. The rear-pocket, will, however, fit this comfortably, but again, it is the not-very-stretchy- material, so it sits in the pocket unsecured; jumping will cause it to fall. The chest pocket is really only good for may be ID/cash and perhaps some energy gel/cubes.Butt area: Although this is a 'cycling jacket' and there are indeed 'tacky tape' all around the bottom of the jacket, it is decorative. The bottom flairs out almost like a skirt. I'm suspecting this was a design choice made by the R&D team; Most of the market demand are not individuals with a 35" Butt and 28" Waist. However, if you are a fit individual, it will wear like a normal jacket.Overall, it's a good jacket; arms are fitting, and good length. Jacket length comes about 3" below the coccyx. good balance of ventilation and wind protection. Overall fits well for a slim 5'8", 135 lb individual.but am looking for a FITTING, aero, windbreaker so will be returning. But if I were to wear this on an every day basis, I would definitely wear!

Slim fit with long arms, wind resistant, and feels great while biking as well as wearing casually
++ I need long sleeves that this jacket has, long enough that they don’t ride up the wrists while cycling, which is the last thing you want when the weather is already chilly.++ Slim broad-shouldered fit, not skinny tight fit (like Pearl Izumi or Castelli or other pro cycling brands), which I actually like because I road-bike more for commuting than for workouts and like that I can also wear this jacket around town without looking like a shrink-wrapped competitive cyclist.++ The front portion is very thin and pliable with an ultra-thin soft brushed fleece interior that you wouldn’t think would keep you warm at all, but somehow it does even in modestly windy conditions, and a base layer and this jacket are good enough in the 50s and even high 40s when sunny (which is high praise from someone who is very skinny and gets very cold compared to 95% of folks out there).++ Very reasonably priced. It’s quality is comparable to other competitive cycling brands but you would be hard pressed to get them at this jacket’s price even at clearance sale prices.Things I care less about than most cyclists:** Pockets: I never use the pockets on cycling jackets. I commute with a back pack, have a seat pouch, and my phone is mounted on my handle bar, so I haven’t tried the pockets on these (but don’t see any obvious problems either).** Breathability: Breathability is probably not one of the strengths of this jacket. That said, I am skinny and get colder than most people and cycle mostly on flat trails for commuting, so on those rides, I care less about breathability than staying warm. For aggressive cycling when I know I am going to sweat, I don’t use this jacket. The other day, I tried running in 32F, feels-like 22F, fairly windy weather wearing this jacket as the outer layer on top of a base layer mostly to see how it fares, and perhaps as expected, it wasn’t great. I wasn’t cold and while running felt like I was sweating only slightly more compared to wearing my usual non-wind-proof fleece outer layer, but when I got back (after a quick stop at the grocery down my street), the inside of the front (wind-blocking) of this jacket was still very wet to touch. My base layers only had sweat streaks and had partially dried out during my cool-down walk back home from the grocery stop. But the inside front of this jacket stayed wet to touch at least for 20-30 more minutes at home while my quick-drying base layer laid out flat had dried out by then to the point that I couldn’t feel any dampness.** The sleeve ends don’t have thumb loops but do have an inner stretchy liner that combined with the slightly scrunched sleeve end and long sleeve length never ride up for me.** Weight: At exactly 16 oz, this jacket is not for weight weenies, but it’s not that much heavier than more pro jackets either. For comparison, my Pearl Izumi jacket at 14.5 oz has comparable or slightly better warmth and is definitely more breathable than this jacket.Overall, I am very pleased with this jacket. This was one of my first cycling jackets and I have since then invested in other more expensive and more professional cycling jackets, but continue wanting to use this one both on and off the saddle.—Edit: Since I first wrote this review, I have been cycling in cold weather much more for workouts than for commutes, and I find myself rarely reaching out for this jacket for cycling compared to my Pearl Izumi jacket, mostly because it is less breathable, is or at least feels slightly less warm, and fits a bit looser making it slightly less layering-friendly, so I wouldn’t recommend this jacket for serious cycling and have accordingly reduced my rating by one star, but I still like wearing this jacket casually in fall/spring weather and would purchase it again just for that purpose.

Great jacket at an excellent price.
I’m 5’11” 185lbs with a slight belly. The Chinese XL/US Large fit me well. The stomach is pretty tight and chest is perfect. Arms are a little baggy but not a big deal. Blocks plenty of wind at 30mph speeds and kept me warm in the 60’s. I suspect it will be fine down to the 40’s as long as I’m chugging along. Love the rear pockets and jersey length rear end. The wrists don’t have cuffs but the excess material around the forearms block out most of the wind. The zippers seem stout and are easy to zip together and open up. Will be buying another.

Great purchase!
Great purchase if you cycle into late fall. It definitely acts as great wind breaker but, depending on the cold temperatures outside, you may have to wear a layer or two underneath. I don't normally ride in the winter so I can't tell you how well, if at all, it withstands the rigours of extreme cold.I'm happy with this jacket and would recommend it to anyone.
