Paddywax Candles HY1503Z Candles Hygge Collection Scented Soy Wax Candle, 15-Ounce, Bergamot & Mahogany

As you can see in the picture, the candle was poorly packaged and totally melted in transit. I won't make the mistake of buying a candle in the mail again. On the bright side, I added this to my Snapchat story and my friends thought it was pretty funny. The amused chuckles weren't worth the $20 something I spent on it though.

Bought this as a christmas gift for my hubby. Started off well and then we could not smell it anymore. No wonder!!! Of the three wicks that were lit only one was still going and it was drowning and went out also. These candles smell fantastic when they are working. Had to dig around wicks and re-light but the same thing happened. These candles are soooo expensive and a waste of money in my opinion. Will never buy this brand again.

My candle came like the pictures I have provided. This candle was around $30. The wicks are not in the candle and the candle is completely deconstructed. It was hand poured, then why didn't they catch that they were sending out a broken, non functional candle? Frustrating. This should NOT HAVE BEEN APPROVED TO EVEN BE SHIPPED!!!! This was supposed to be a bday gift for my daughter, so that was a bust. A busted candle. Don't buy these candles until they get their act together. Sorry, but we need accountability. I buy tons of candles. I also review them all and this is the first negative review I've left. It smells great??? I would like a replacement or refund, and then I'll delete the review or edit it.

I was very excited about this candle because the bergamot mahogany scent has been my favorite for years. However, I was extremely disappointed when I lit my candle and one of the wicks disappeared after 10 minutes of burning the candle! This is not the quality of a 30$ candle and I’m very upset.

It was Extremely difficult just getting the lid off. Then I Had to heat up the container to get the lid off. THEN I found the wick (s) was buried in a weird way on the bottom (?) so that I couldn’t even light it. Smh. Total garbage construction. Grateful for the easy Amazon return policy 👍🏾

I purchased this at the end of December. Just tried to light for the first time yesterday and it will not stay lit. Just pools of oily residue that immediately put out the flame. I tried scraping off the wax which is extemely soft a d greasy not at all like my last paddywax candle. This was direct from amazon, not a reseller to my knowledge. I am currently on with support, but I am outside the 30 day return. When it arrived it looked beautiful and smelled great, just didnt light it right away. Hoping they will resolve this. I will update when reach a resolution.

Tobacco and vanilla is a stronger sent and works better for a larger room, although loved this one too. The burn is clean, and when your putting the flame out, it does not leave that burnt match like odor. Although, the wicks burned slightly faster than the wax, therefore I had to occasionally pour the excessive wax out, to continue to burn it... bummer.

Smells good, like the physical aesthetics of it, but a horrible burn. Within 10 minutes, 1 of the wicks was drowned out in the melted wax making it unusable. Within 30 minutes, a second wick was also drowned out in the melted wax. Reading the reviews, I see this is a somewhat common issue here.In the trash.
