Doesn’t really fit probably. This knuckle guard had a one size fits all kind of feel. I understand if that’s the general feeling of knuckle guards, but the guard doesn’t even have some sort of indentation or fitting where the knuckles can rest. As a result, I have pressure soreness on my left fist knuckle and overall my left hand isn’t getting used to the knuckle guard any time soon.It also looks huge and clunky in the hand the hand wraps aren’t covering it too well and it just looks bulky. When I switch to the mitts to help out other fellow boxers in the gym, the Knick guards sometimes prevent me from putting my whole hand in the mitts for some of the mitts.Overall, not a great fit for the knuckles and it’s very big and clunky with the feel and when using mitts.

If you are working out 2/3 times a week it might be enough, otherwise your knuckles will be messed up anyways, they are super easy to use and really comfortable but not hard/puffy enough.

I used these for the first time tonight for my boxing session.The guard fits nicely around the knuckle and is kept in place with hand wraps.The padding part feels like dense neoprene which is about 10mm thick, giving good cushioning and an instant improvement if you suffer with bruising to the knuckles.They look like they will last a good while too as the elasticated cotton feels pretty durable.I would, and have recommended them as a pal from the gym tried them and is now purchasing himself a pair for himself.
