What a nightmare!While the unit looks good, I can not find the soap that fits it anywhere in Canada. I even contacted Georgia Pacific directly and they can not help. Apparently the soap that fits this can not be shipped in Canada and it can only be bought and shipped in the USA. So much time has passed that I am unable to return it so am out the money and still have no dispenser! So annoying. They should have mentioned this in the description.

I bought 2 of these for commercial restrooms. We had an upcoming event and wanted to update a few things. The day after I installed them, one of them stopped working and started flashing like the batteries were dead. (The other one was missing the batteries, bracket, key, and hardware) I replaced the batteries and they worked for a few days, except they didn't always dispense like they should. Sometimes it was foam, sometimes a bunch of liquid, sometimes nothing. The day before our event, both of the devices stopped working! They both started flashing like they did before I replaced the batteries. There was nothing I could do to get them to work, so I had to get a couple pump dispensers for the counter. It was very disappointing. I missed my return window by 3 days, so now I'm stuck with them. Don't make the same mistake I did!!!

Get the correct soap and you should NOT have an issue. Need to upgrade the batteries.

I couldn't believe the price, so I ordered enough to cover our entire building...so happy I did! Would have spent a small fortune with other competitor products or a service based company. As we expand will be buying more!
