These are great on light colored fabric
These were perfect to let my grandchildren decorate hats, but the colors had to be done several times over the same spot if the fabric was dark. Seem to be permanent.

Not great on black paper
I was excited to try these in my blackout journal but most of the colors didn’t show up and the purple was really dried out(of coarse my fav color 😑). But for the price they are really nice on regular paper.
