I’m trying different brands of d mannose after UTI nurse at hospital recommended D mannose. These tablets are 500 mg each. A serving is 1,500 mg so you need to take 3 each time with water. Label is very misleading indeed. One review of Waterfall d mannose said you should take 3000 mg every two hours to get rid of a UTI which seems an awful lot. But I did that yesterday and I feel better today so perhaps she’s right.This brand of tablets are small capsules and easy to swallow and work out a bit cheaper than Waterfall ones. They seem to work just as well but the infection wasn’t too bad this time. Not sure if any D Mannose would work for an excruciatingly painful infection.I am hoping they will keep my e.coli UTI at bay and that I can avoid antibiotics this time. I have no idea how a sugar derived from birch trees helps E. coli UTI. Read somewhere that bacteria stick to the sugar instead of urethra wall and are flushed out but not sure if this is right.

I need D-Mannose daily to help relieve serious uti problems. Taken other makes for 12 months and have been assured all tablets are dry coated. Even biting them in 4 chokes me and sometimes makes me sick.NOT ANYMORE these brilliant capsules just slide down like other capsules.THANK YOU
