I've been using AZO off and on for years with better results than Oxybutnyn or other drugs. However, the "Men's AZO" is no better than the "women's AZO". I'm 80 years old, a 23-year prostate cancer survivor, and I take one of these pumpkin seed oil capsules about 3 hours before bedtime, and it has cut nighttime bathroom trips in half.

Did not work for my husband and caused headaches and dizziness.

Been taking this for about 3 weeks now. I believe it helps, but not completely. I still wake up and have “to go” a time or two in the night. I’ll probably buy another months worth to continue trying it. Gettin old sucks.
