Does it's job as described. Much affordable. No complaints yet after 2 months usage. Back up lasts atleast 3 hours. Great product.. Much helpful for work from home power cut issues. **ADD** After 6 months usage had battery issue.. Contacted the company through their website and they asked to send a video of the device issue and no further calls no messages they shipped a new one without any question, even before I return the old device. Great customer service.. Check their website.. They are well established standard genuine company..

I had bought this in March 2021 and used it for about 10 months. (I missed to register warranty at the time of purchase). Although the backup was only around 2 hrs, a 12v 3A supported solution at this price range was good.In jan 2023, this stopped working and i bought a new one to replace this. Then i realized that the old product was still under warranty. So i registered both the old and new product via the zunpulse app. Its been 2 weeks but I have not received any approval for both which indicates poor customer service.Also the new one is worse than the previous one with only around 45 min of backup.Overall not recommended especially if you are looking for a 12v 3A ups.Update 1: Its mid-march now. Still no response on the warranty.

For this value the product is fine.... have a mid qulity build.. cables are bit low quality but can be used... using for last 2 months.. got 4hr back up.. checked 2 times...

It can only power one device for max 3 hours even after full charge and cant power two devices of 9V or 2A output as it can only power one device at a time. If you have only one device of router and modem then it can do the job20082022: Initial product was faulty as it could provide power backup only for 3 hours so had to go through multiple round of mail exchanges with vendor directly to get it replaced and they finally replaced. New product is good, will provide backup if using 1x device with 12V or 9V of 1 AMP input for upto 5 hours.

After one year of use. It stopped working 2 times. Now, no support from company. Neither they responding nor the showing any intrest to solve as warranty is end now. Only option left is purchase a new one. Not recommended

Have not used it to full potential like how many hours of back it provide but that's not the purpose of this buy.There are many fluctuations and small power cut in my region, to which this UPS serves it purpose . I have not seen any disruption in my wifi network since its use. Also it's easy to install. No hassle.Good buyGo for it

Using this product for last 1 month. Great product. Getting backup for 3+ hours. A very good reliable product. Easy to install.Mar 2022: battery failed after 3 months of good working. Zunpulse provided replacement unit which worked for 7 monthsOct 2022: Replacement unit failed, raised case to zunpulse and customer support raised replacement request.Seems to be systematic problem with batteries though customer support is good.Though vendor claims 6 hour backup hence rating reduced to 4 star because of actual backup of 3 hours. Otherwise a perfect product and would have given 5 star if claimed backup of 3 hours.
