30 PCS Foot Patch, Natural Cleansing Foot Pads, Latest

Ok.. so to be honest, I was super excited to try these patches but in the back of my mind, I honestly didn’t expect them to work. Boy was I surprised, to be completely honest, my 1st time using was just last night… so this is a review for a 1 time use only.. but I will definitely continue to use.Here’s my advice for use. Before using the pads, make sure your feet (especially the bottom) of both feet are clean, clean, and more clean.. as they should be anyway. Make sure that the bottom of both feet are free and clear from any/all moisturizers, lotions, etc. This will allow for the pad to stick and stay attached to your feet all night. I find the pads to stick very well. Place the pad (with the ingredients) in the middle of the adhesive, after you’ve removed the paper backing. Put the pad right on the sticky side, in the center, but make sure the ingredients side is the side that’s touching your skin.So after putting the pads on, and climbing into bed.., I noticed that I after a while I felt tingling on the bottoms of both feet, which was kinda weird but also good, because that’s when I knew that these things were starting to work.. fast forward I only woke up once during the night for a trip to the restroom, and usually it’s VERY HARD for me to return back to sleep after waking up, HOWEVER, when I say I was super relaxed, that’s exactly what I was. I fell right back asleep with no problems. This is a big deal because I usually wake up around 3am every morning for some reason and can’t go back. Not last night! My husband even noticed how well I slept, as he mentioned to me this morning that I went out like a light and just looked like I was sleeping so peacefully ( which I did).Now , this morning I cannot believe the mood that I’m in! First off, my ankles DO NOT HURT at all. I usually have ankle swelling and foot pain especially when my feet first hit the floor in the AM. Not today! I’m so impressed, it’s almost unbelievable for me to actually be writing this review after only a 1 time use, but my mood is much more lightened, I’m just in a great mood.. and while I still don’t want to think it’s because of these pads, I don’t have any other explanation. I will definitely continue to use and purchase more. It’s definitely worth a shot, especially if you have trouble sleeping, have any sort of leg pain, ankle pain or swelling, and also if you have sleep deprivation issues.. ( just please try them).You will be so glad that you did.I pray that this review will help someone out there. Easy to use once you figure it out

I've used different brands so i know they work. The problem with this brand is that I have no idea which side goes against my skin. The instructions don't say. With the others I've used they've had to be put on a certain side. In other words, there is a right way and a wrong way.

I haven’t gotten a lot of detox from the foot pads. But I do sleep better when I use them.

I used your product last night, and when I opened it this morning, the black drug in the plaster did not seep out, but became a very dry lump. There is no any plaster on my feet The product does not indicate which side of the plaster is attached to the foot. There is no video instruction. I believe that if the black herbs can penetrate into the skin, it will help sleep. I want to return it and try a similar product.
