I only took the first doze and I felt slight drowsiness after 30-45 minutes, during which time I did my night routine etc, by the time I went to bed, I felt calm and ready to sleep, I have had good sleep after weeks and I woke up more energised than before. I did put my phone away and made the room dark, which may have added to sleep inducing ambience. Yet to see how it tastes on regular doses, but for now I didn't feel groggy at all like when we take any medicine which induces sleep, it was very light drowsiness. Satisfied
