A very easy and quick read book on how to create WOW customer service. In a world of so much competition our customer service is often our selling feature and after reading this book I am more motivated to give the best customer service and to provide a Wow experience for all of my customers. Such a motivational book. It is a MUST for everyone who is in the customer service business. Thank you to Carmen Schwab for writing a book that is much needed by many individuals and companies!!!
