Handle Bar Bag
I gave it a 3 Stars, not as big as advertised. It's great for phones, Power Packs and wires. But it is 100% Waterproof, since I poured a gallon of water over it to see if it was. Very dry inside!

Much nicer than I expected at this price.
This bag has a few things that set it apart from many bags of a similar type. It has removable straps (I will probably substitute Voile straps for the included velcro). It has a third stabilizing strap for the headtube or seatpost. And it has loops on the front to mount a light.It seems well constructed, though I haven't put it to much of a test yet.It does not have a plastic stiffener, as some bags of this type do. But there seems to be a layer of padding between the inner and outer fabric that lends some structure to the bag when it's empty.
