Unfortunately, I missed the return window for this item due to being extremely busy with work, so I am out of pocket for this terrible rack. As you can see from the photos and video I have attached to this review, the rack has been machined and screwed together in the wrong places, so the rack does not open up wide enough to accomodate even short mugs. In the seller pictures advertisng the product, you can clearly see how easily cups/mugs sit in the space intended for cups/mugs, but not so in reality. Either the seller is consciously selling a defective item, or they have little or no quality control. A terrible product that should not be sold on Amazon. I have purchased a much more suitable rack from a different vendor.

Our teak dish drainer arrived today and upon unwrapping it is easy to see a screw is missing. It is not loose in the packaging either. The dishdrainer cannot stand and is non functional. We have already had to pay import taxes to receive this faulty product. After seeing this defect I checked the product over to make sure no other screws were missing and can see that the wood is also chipped on the base.Feeling very weary of the quality of this product as it has two defects and cannot stand on its own. I have tried to write to the email address given by the company with our order and only an error message is sent back. Does anyone know of a way to contact this seller so a solution can be found?

Very well made and screwed together. Was the same price as one from a high street designer chain that I had before, but that one kept coming apart.This teak one seems very strong.

I simply love my new wooden dish drainer! It is well made & the feet don’t scratch my sink or worktop! I’m glad I paid the extra few ££ s for this drainer that is made of teak

Sadly the unit wasn't construed correctly so the lower shelf was at completely the wrong angleReturned
