Excellent at the price
I am glad I bought this product - gives extra support when needed. Re. sizing I bought the smallest which at present fits, but if it stretches at all it will be too big. (I am a woman who takes size 10 -12 in UK clothing)

Velcro belt fastening
I am slim and the Velcro belt fastening is OK. But if a person is overweight and takes a deep breath, it is possible that the belt will fail.

If you have a 38 waist like me the xl was a better fit for me. Well made and comfy great item.

This belt is comfortable to wear but gives plenty of support to alleviate pain in the lower back

Poorly made
Bought this as a narrower replacement for one my mum used for 3 years. This would’ve been great if it had been made properly. It came apart soon after purchase. Now I have had to purchase another of the broader belt.
