Language Power: Tutorials for Writers

Lots of good tutorials, lessons, and applications in this book for writing. It covers more topics in English language than I even knew existed. If you're at UCD, take your classes with Prof. Ferris, she's awesome!

Excellent book for anyone truly interested in the mechanics of the English language.

Language Power is a concise yet precise tutorial that can be used to self-teach or teach English for writing. It is well written, organized well. It is not meant for the novice, however; the user (or tutor) must know what grammatical subject they are looking for and why.
