Good beginner or at home kit.
This set is exactly what I needed. I bought this to try to have a little more organization with my Ethernet cables. The connectors and protective boots are good quality. The tool itself works as it should. It isn’t the highest quality but it gets the job done. The small stripper doesn’t always do the best though. It tends to cut a little too deep and will cut your conductors inside the cable. Overall this is a great kit for the DIY’er or somebody trying to get into the field. I wouldn’t recommend this kit for commercial use. But other than that, this is great for the price.

Nice kit for home use
I've probably pulled a thousand runs or more. I always had a work-supplied crimping kit so I never needed one at home. When I decided to install some drops in my house, I needed an inexpensive crimper. The tool itself works perfectly. The tester is handy and there were plenty of tips to get the job done.
