When I first started taking a probiotic, I started with this one. It worked great. It was a little expensive. So I went and tried another brand well, what a difference! With the other brands I had bloating and actually was constipated again. I switched back to activated you and I amFeeling so much better. I Have no bloating again and I feel like I am emptying my bowels completely!

I ordered this product on January 2023, after taking it for a while I noticed it wasn’t as effective as the one I ordered directly from ActivatedYou. When I checked the date at the bottom of the bottle I noticed it was manufactured in October 2021.This is a probiotic blend and I believe it’s not effective due to the expiration date.

These have really helped with my bloating. I bloat so easy and have been told to try to get a good quality probiotic. Then I went down a rabbit hole of trying to find the "best one". This one had so much informative info when I looked it up. It is the only one I take now and I can tell the difference in my bloating and my daily energy as a 41 year old. I would recommend to anyone

This product causes discomfort, bloating and diarrhea -- I tried it several times - stopped for a few days to find out if this product is the reason - recovered - took another pill and back to the discomfort and diarrhea within 14-16 hrs. Have done this several times to make sure I 'blame' the correct reason.After my original review the company offered me a full refund for the bottle which I highly appreciated. The product was obviously not for me but they might have another I can tolerate better. I very much appreciated the company reaching out and offering a full refund after the rep on the phone was rather ignorant about it since I have not bought directly with them but via amazon.

I even gave some to my dog once that had green poo. Hey, it worked. fast

I switched from Bioma to this. I’ve used a few days short of the whole bottle so far and I’m not thrilled. I’m not as regular as I was before using this. It was nice that it was one pill instead of two, but it’s not helping me. I’ve also used it in combination with the total reset which I thought would give it a boost. So sadly, I won’t be purchasing it again. Back to Bioma for me.
