Yes these are the 1.25" deep trays.

Q: What size square pots fit in here?

I'm not sure, maybe 2 1/2-3". I'm growing microgreens with great success.

Q: Will the mesh tray work for broccoli and red acre cabbage micro greens without the seeds falling through

Broccoli and cabbage seed are very small and would most likely get caught or fall through the mesh. What others have done is use an insect screen cutout in the tray for these very small seeds.

Q: Will wheat fall through the mesh? looking for a good drainage for fodder

The holes are small enough that wheat should not fall through the holes.
