Stale batch and damaged
I ordered 3 bags. One bag had a razor blade box cut through it and I was able to get a refund on the one. I recently brought the other undamaged bag to work for coworkers and was disappointed to find it stale. Gifted the 3rd bag and had to warn it might be stale. Pretty unfortunate since this popcorn is so good. My boss knows the guy pictured on the bag, we had it in our break room and I could not stop eating it. Maybe you’ll have better luck.Update **** I am updating my review from 1 star to 5. Sorry I’m so late on this! I wrote this review and was shocked to see in my emails that I had received a full refund on the rest of the bags with a personal message. Great customer service. Thank you and I hope to try you again

Tastes great
Tasted great! I would buy this again, I just wish it cost less.

Good Product
It provided the TASTE I was looking for... not overly sweet with that carnival flavor. It is pricey for the quantity, so not a match for my weekly KC purchase, but once in awhile a good treat.

Delicious, Addictive
Perfect balance of salty and sweet, buttery and crunchy. The "bourbon" flavor was hard to sort out from the maple, but it's delicious nevertheless. Bag size exactly right for two people and one 89 minute movie.

It was good but I could hardly taste the sweet of the kettle popcorn.
