QC issue?
I bought this to obviously replace the broken latch in my truck. Everything was going just fine until I noticed the actual latch mechanism wasn't actually a part of this unit.I will attach pictures tomorrow. I double checked the product pictures, and it is indeed shown in them. I'm not sure if this one just slipped through the cracks or what. Without the latch mechanism this unit is rendered completely useless. It would keep the top compartment from actually closing if I continued installation.I will reach out to the seller to advise moving forward. Aside from the main issue at hand it seemed to be a quality latch. Everything matched up and instal would have been a breeze.Hopefully will update soon..
