Worked great for about 18 months, but then pretty randomly the hose fitting started leaking and then one day it shot right off of the handle when the water was turned on

Fast delivery. Nice product but big flaw
Really fast delivery from Germany to Australia. Great looking and look like a quality product. However when installed by plumber the attachment that connects to the shower is made of plastic and not great as it started to leak immediately. Looks like itâs the plastic insert. Have requested seller send me that part so see what happens. Cost of plumber far more than the whole item. Shame such a nice product with one small problem causing it to be a large problem as it constantly leaks wasting water
