I'm not impressed about the quality at all!

These hearing enhancers arrived defective out of the box. Contacted Amazon, they tell me "these aren't available to be returned! " So they did end up taking them back. Then they tried to short me $101 on my refund! Thankfully Amazon is great to deal with. Amazon got them to accept the return and reimbursed me fully. A+ for Amazon

I needed more power. However what is terribly awful is that this company never issued me back $254.60 on June 29th!! It is an awful shame to take advantage of the hearing impaired....I'd think twice on this product!! HOW AWFUL!!!!!

My hearing has never been great, but as I've gotten older, it's gotten worse. I didn't want to spend thousands on hearing aids, and wanted to bypass the rigmerole of having to go through insurance and seeing a specialist. I was skeptical at first, but after thoroughly reading the directions and using them as instructed, I could hear things I've never been able to, or much louder! They are discreet, comfortable and easy to wear. And the price is very affordable! I would highly recommend. I will be buying these for some friends and family member this Christmas!
