I own a duplex and need to let visitor know which unit is A and which one is B. The product did not arrive right away, but it was worth the wait. The quality of the product is good.

Steel was smooth & flat and paint ready. Quality work. I had to add a screw hole at the bottom, but not a big deal.

I received my letter the other day, but it was just plain metal. Because of the picture I assumed it was going to be black. I reached out to the seller and let them know that I had thought I was going to get a black one, and that I would like to exchange it for a black one. But the seller was very very nice and told me they understood the confusion because of the picture that Amazon put but they did not want me to be unhappy so they would mail me out a new black one free of charge. I received the new one within a few days and it’s just beautiful, very pleased with it and pleased with the customer service.

Nice size and weight. Like the letter style.

Overall the product is great. The quality is top notch. Also, it arrived a lot faster than it originally stated it would. The only complaint that I have is that the edges are pretty sharp in some spots and can cause some cuts. Other than that, GREAT product. I would buy again.
