Heavy Duty Thermometer Infrared Forehead High Caliber Sensor No Contact with LCD Display for Medical Offices, Hospitals

If I could give this a ZERO I would. I was sent 5 devices that WERE NOT what I ordered. I have now opened 1 of the thermometers, installed 2 batteries and it DOES NOT WORK! This product is made so poorly that the battery connection plate moves and the spring DOES NOT connect with the battery properly in order for it to turn on! You have to actually manually push on the spring (which means you cannot close the handle device) in order for it to work. THIS IS NOT THE PRODUCT FEATURED IN THE PHOTO AND IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I was specifically looking to buy a heavy duty device and what I got does not even state this, and is no where close to what was featured - and what I thought I was buying...and the worst part is that the first device I try to use DOES NOT EVEN WORK. These devices were purchased as a rush for some students. I am so angry right now that I cannot even speak. IF you plan to advertise one product and then slip in some cheap piece of crap - that is false advertising. Just be honest in what you are selling to me and let me honestly decide if I want to buy it.

Did not get item as pictured. Got a cheap immitation. Also learned I had to pay to return it TO CHINA !

Package arrived open and not in good condition.Don’t know if product will work since I have to get batteries.Will probably return it.

I absolutely love this thing. We used to take my toddlers temperature the old fashioned way via the armpit, which would take forever it seemed like while they are squirming in frustration, which would then always need to be retaken. Now all I do is aim the thermometer at their forehead, pull the trigger and their temperature immediately appears on the large lit up screen. The screen is very easy to read, and I love how it appears in colors (green, orange or red) depending on the reading. I know that I will be using this often once the kids head back to school.

It works. That's the important part. Now when I got the pckg I wasn't sure. Someone opened it up and took out the batteries, clearly used it and then Crammed it back into the box: which was all banged up. I don't feel I bought something brand new. But it works and that's what matters. It is off on the temps. No more than a degree, I can live with that.Probably would buy again but maybe not from this seller.

Well, I will say that it is pretty accurate right out of the box. I always run a 97.7 and that's what I got when I tested it on myself. However, the instructions aren't the greatest. Also, when I saw "Heavy Duty" I figured there'd be some weight to it. It's lighter than most of my kids' toys! So, using it in my business to screen customers is going to be something I'll have to keep an eye on. It's easy to lose your grip on it because it's so small. And I've yet to figure out how to clear the memory. Not entirely pleased but don't have time to search for another since these things are highly-desired at the moment. If while trying to use it I find that it's better I'll amend my review.

Very easy to use. Simply point and measure your temperature in a second!I found that the readings are quite accurate comparing it to a regular (much slower) “below the tongue” thermometer.

Thia is an accurate instrument that does exactly what it i advertised to be!
