This a perfect height for our trailer bed- our small pups use it constantly &feel very secure . We love these and would highly recommend them. We even bought the 2 step version for our chairs. Love that they are light weight .. doesn’t add weight to our trailer

These stairs were not sturdy enough for my dogs. My dog has hip and back problems and he struggles to try and walk up them as he kept sinking in.Additionally in order to see if it is tall enough you have to wait for it to expand. Once I learned it was not tall enough and it was fully expanded it did not fit in the box it came in. I then had to pay an additional $23.95 at UPS to repack it in a larger box. So frustrating, a waste of time and a loss of $23.95 I will not get back.

If you don't mind paying the money it's a good product You can take the cover off and wash it underneath this memory foam and it blows up after you take it out of the package because it's sealed tight. So if your dog decides the urinate on it it goes it might go through the cover that I'm zips which mine have decided to urinate on it but they still use it it helps my dog who's older get up on my bed. I also recommend geeni pet food bowl dispenser and water bowl but I would suggest Walmart for those. They'll take anything back in store. Lol

My 2 yorkies would not use the prior steps I purchased but I kept trying with no luck. One of them broke his leg in 2 places and now has a metal plate and10 screws permanently in his leg. When I saw this on Amazon, I thought wow , I don’t think he’d object to this and thankfully I was correct. I bought another set. One for the bed and another for the couch. Definitely recommend. It’s not slippery like most are. It was very easy. They wanted to use them. They feel safe using them. Highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. It is quite narrow my doggie. If she goes up to close to the side of it and does not stay in the middle of it she tips it over on the floor. You have to put a rug under it. I do not think the memory foam in it expanded to its full size because the material is still quite wrinkled on it, quite a bit so my dog has caught her nail into the extra material a couple times I would give this 50-50, but would not buy again myself. I am going to donate it to an animal shelter or Goodwill.

For $100+, there are better options. This one doesn’t hold up, match the listed dimensions, or support my 20lb Boston. It’s so narrow that it wobbles when he tries to climb it, which throws off his balance and he just jumps off and then cries until I lift him up. This might be due to the fact that it’s compressed for shipping, and if it doesn’t expand correctly, it can have an uneven base. It might be because it’s got almost no density and the steps compress so much under his weight that it starts to tip to the side as he gets higher. I think a similarly priced wooden ramp would’ve avoided all these problems.

purchased coz it's almost ramps like and softbut for my 13 year old it's too wobblywill keep to see if i can find some cork to add to the sides

The product itself is of high quality and definitely worth it. We had a minor snafu with ours and reached out to customer service. They promptly replied and made sure that we were happy with our purchase. Definitely a great customer service experience and a company to use.
